Primary mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) were isolated from 14.5-day-old embryos and, where indicated, transformed by SV40 T-antigen expression. Double knockout of beta polymerase and PMS-2 mouse cell line which can be used to study the DNA repair and DNA damage checkpoint pathways.
