This HC04 cell line stably expresses the whole extracellular domain of human EphA2. Cells were generated via CRISPR/Cas9 rechnology and that extracellular domain of EphA2 contain HA-tag was integreated into the AAVS1 gene on the chromosome. This cell line supports a higher rate of P. vivax infection and is valuable for P. vivax liver-state research.
