This cell line features a stable knockout of human THUMPD1 mediated by CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing with a gRNA targeting the coding sequence on exon 2. Knockout clones were identified and expanded to single colonies. THUMPD1 kockout was confirmed through western blot and qRT-PCR analysis. Additional cell lines from this panel:Cat.
