This cell line is the negative control cell line for T6166. In conjunction with T6166, this cell line can be used to investigate the role of mIR-216a in age-related changes in endothelial cells and their impact on vascular health, offering potential targets for therapeutic intervention in age-associated vascular diseases. Genetic modification with Ubi-EGFPMCS-IRES-puromycin recombinant lentiviruses and subsequent selection using puromycin.Note: PDL refers to Population-doubling level.
