Use of PriCoat™ T25 Flasks (G299) or Applied Cell Extracellular Matrix (G422) is required for cell adhesion to the culture vessels. PriGrow III (TM003) + 10% heat-inactivated FBS + 1 mM sodium pyruvate (TM057) + 10 mM HEPES (TM058) + 1X Non-Essential Amino Acids (TM068) + 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution (G255) ,37.0°C ,5% CO₂. Cells are sensitive to trypsin; TrypLE Express is recommended for subculturing procedure. |

Immortalized Rhett Mouse Fibroblast Cells (iETF-Mecp2-WT, T0869) may used alongside with Immortalized Rhett mouse fibroblast cell line with R255X mutation (iETF-Mecp2-R255X, T0870) and/or Immortalized Rhett mouse fibroblast cell line with R294X mutation (iETF-Mecp2-R294X, T0871) to study the effects of the mutations. Fibroblast cells were derived from mouse ear pinna tissue and were transfected with with a plasmid encoding the SV40 large T antigen (pBSSVD2005).
