Mouse R-spondin1 Stable 293T Cell Line was made via transfecting 293T cells with mouse R-spondin1 (RSPO1) protein tagged with N-terminus HA and C-terminus Fc. The resultant is the R-spondin1-producing cell line, in which may be used for studies relating to the Gain- and loss-of function in the Wnt signaling pathway with R-spondin1. Additionally, recent studies have suggested R-spondin1 potentially functions as a tumor suppressor, thus may be further investigated in cancer research.
