This cell line is the wildtype RKO parental cell line. Cells maintains normal SIRT1 protein expression, which plays a key role in regulating cellular metabolism, aging, and stress responses. This cell line can be used in conjunction with Cat. T3172 to investigate SIRT1’s physiological roles, its involvement in cancer progression, and its potential as a therapeutic target for metabolic and age-related diseases. Knockout cell line:Cat.
