T2R4 Expressing HEK293T Cell Line was generated through the cloning of TAS2R gene into pcDNA 3.1+ (Hygromycin) vector between KpnI and NotI restriction sites. T2R4 Expressing HEK293T Cell Line allows for the structural and functional analysis of T2R receptors. Possible applications of T2R4 Expressing HEK293T Cell Line would be the development of bitter compound blockers or antagonists for these receptors.
