T2R7 Expressing HEK293T Cell Line are human kidney cells which stably express the bitter taste receptor T2R7. T2R7 Expressing HEK293T Cell Line was established by transfecting HEK293T cells with pcDNA 3.1/Hygro (+) expression vector that had the synthetic TAS2R7 gene cloned into it. The T2R7 Expressing HEK293T Cell Line is suitable for research into taste receptors and bitter compounds which can activate those receptors.
