These cells (EcoM-G) exhibit restricted granulocytic differentiation and are useful for studies investigating granulopoiesis and monopoisis. EcoM-G cells are GM-CSF dependent neutrophil progenitor cells that express a conditional form of E2a-Pbx1 in an estrogen responsive manner. This cell line along with Cat. T0201 are suitable for investigations regarding gene expression in myeloid differentiation. Additional cell lines within this panel include:Cat.
