This cell line (Cat. T3362) stably expresses the C-terminal fragment of TDP-43, starting at position 262, fused to mClover3 and mRuby3. The parental cell line is HEK293T cells.This cell line can be used to detect TDP43 seeding activity, such as that present in brain homogenates containing TDP43 pathology. When using in combination with the biosensor cell line Cat. T3261, expressing TDP-43 (274-414), it may detect subtypes of pathology. Additional cell lines from this panel:Cat.
