UBG76V-GFP Stable SiHa Cell Line are derived from HeLa cells stably transfected to express ubiquitin mutant (UbG76V) and the GFP reporter. These cells are applicable for studies investigating the relationship between HPV E6/E7 proteins and ubiquitin-proteasome system.
